Qualified Purchaser Declarations

By purchasing from Alpha Biotic Lab, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

Regulatory Obligations

Buyers are entirely responsible for determining the regulatory status, lawful use, handling, storage, disposal, and compliance requirements for products in their jurisdiction.

Alpha Biotic Lab offers no regulatory, medical, or legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory approval or permissibility in any jurisdiction.

Purpose of Documentation

Certificates of Analysis and technical documents are supplied solely for research verification, reproducibility, and internal laboratory records. Such documentation does not serve as certification, approval, or authorization for pharmaceutical, clinical, diagnostic, or commercial purposes.

No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Alpha Biotic Lab makes no claims about safety, efficacy, dosage, or therapeutic benefits. Any mentions of biological activity, receptor binding, or molecular effects are confined to in-vitro research observations and published scientific literature, and do not indicate suitability for human or animal use.

No Instructions or Usage Guidance

Alpha Biotic Lab does not supply instructions, protocols, reconstitution guidance, dosing information, or application recommendations of any sort. Any such requests will be declined. Buyers are solely responsible for understanding proper laboratory handling and research use before purchasing.

Assumption of Risk

Buyers acknowledge that research chemicals carry inherent risks and accept full responsibility for handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products. Alpha Biotic Lab is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application.

Final Sale Policy

Given the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Once placed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

By opting in to receive SMS notifications during checkout, you agree to the following:

Verification

Applicants should cover identification numbers, signatures, addresses, barcodes, and any other information not needed to verify eligibility.

Discount Use

Approved applicants receive a personal code for 5% - 15% off eligible products. The discount is tied to the approved customer's account and may be used only by that person.

The discount may not be shared, sold, transferred, posted online, applied to another account, or used for resale, wholesale, vendor, or business purchases.

The discount does not expire unless the program is changed or discontinued.

Restrictions

The discount may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon, store credit, wholesale price, affiliate commission, special offer, or reduced pricing unless we expressly approve it.

Certain products, bundles, limited releases, shipping charges, and taxes may be excluded.

Program Abuse

Abuse includes providing false information, submitting altered documents, creating multiple accounts, sharing a code, allowing another person to use the account, purchasing for resale, seeking wholesale or vendor pricing, abusing refunds or chargebacks, or attempting to bypass program restrictions.

We may reject an application or suspend, cancel, or permanently remove a discount without notice when we reasonably believe the program has been abused.

Program Changes

We may approve or deny any application at our discretion.

We may change, pause, or end the program at any time. Previous approval does not guarantee continued eligibility.

Privacy

Verification documents are reviewed only to determine eligibility and prevent abuse. We do not use verification documents for marketing or for any purpose unrelated to reviewing and administering the discount.

If uploaded, verification documents are stored temporarily in private storage while an application is pending and deleted after we approve or deny the application. Additional details about the information we collect, retain, and protect are included in our Privacy Policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we retain, subject to applicable law. Frankly, it would not benefit us to misuse information belonging to people in positions of public trust and authority.

We respect the people this program serves and handle every application carefully.

Acceptance

Submitting an application, receiving a code, or using the discount means the applicant accepts these program rules.

Fraudulent Misrepresentation

Providing false information regarding eligibility, affiliation, or intended use constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation. PAlpha Biotic Lab reserves the right to cancel orders, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

No License Granted

The sale of any product does not grant a license, express or implied, to use such product in violation of any patent or intellectual property right. Purchasers are solely responsible for determining patent status and lawful use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Biotic Lab's total liability arising from any order, product, or use shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Alpha Biotic Lab be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

Purchasers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Biotic Lab, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of products, violation of this Agreement, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

Right to Verify and Refuse Service

Alpha Biotic Lab reserves the right to request verification of purchaser eligibility, research affiliation, or intended use at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, or permanent account termination.

Force Majeure

Alpha Biotic Lab is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs actions, regulatory changes, supply interruptions, or acts of God.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance

By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.
